1. General

The services raise the level of security but do not guarantee absolute protection against burglary, theft or third-party acts. The locksmith is not an insurer.

2. Cameras

No liability for faults caused by unstable internet, power cuts, cloud servers, or network changes by the customer.

3. Locks and door mechanisms

No liability for damage to a door or mechanism due to wear or a poor old structure. On old locks, further damage may occur — you are warned in advance.

4. Safes

When opening a safe the locksmith is not responsible for the contents. Opening is done only with the owner or their representative present.

5. Cap

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service on the invoice.
