1. Scope

Locksmith Ruslan provides security services in Israel: cameras, doors, lock opening, entrance doors and access control.

2. Hours

Service is 24/6. Sunday–Thursday around the clock. Friday until one hour before Shabbat. Saturday is a rest day. Motzaei Shabbat: work starts one hour after Shabbat ends.

3. Prices and call-out

Minimum call-out and diagnosis: ₪300. This is not refunded after the locksmith has arrived. The final price depends on complexity, equipment and time of day. A surcharge may apply after 17:30, at night and on holidays.

4. Proof of occupancy

Before work starts you must show a document of the right to use the property (ID, lease, etc.). If work cannot proceed for lack of documents, the call-out fee (₪300) is still due.

5. Payment

Payment via Grow (Meshulam): card, Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The locksmith does not store card data.

6. Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Jurisdiction: the competent courts in Israel.
