Locksmith Ruslan protects customers’ personal data under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to fulfill the job: name, phone number and the call-out address. It is used to contact you and provide the service.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Grow (Meshulam) to PCI-DSS Level 1. The locksmith has no access to card data and does not store it.

4. Security cameras

The technician installs the equipment only. After handing over passwords, the locksmith has no remote access. The customer is responsible for lawful use, including warning signs where required.

5. Data protection

Personal data is not passed to third parties unless the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The site may use cookies to improve use. You can block them in the browser.

7. Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction: the competent courts in Israel.
