Cancellation and refund policy — Locksmith Ruslan

1. General

This policy follows the Consumer Protection Law. Ordering a service is agreement to these terms.

2. Cancellation fee

Cancelling an order incurs 5% of the order value or ₪100 — whichever is lower.

3. Call-out fee (₪300)

₪300 is for dispatch and diagnosis. It is not refunded if the technician has already arrived, even if the work was not done — at the customer’s request, for lack of documents, or due to site conditions.

4. Emergency opening

Once opening or repair is finished, the service is complete and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. How to apply

Cancellation or refund requests must be in writing. Handling time: up to 7 business days.
